What is Illusion? - The Fackin' English Zone

    

    What is an Illusion? - If one day there is someone who asks you this question, can you give them the answer? To be honest, that question is so difficult to answer. There are many explanations for the illusion that you can search on the internet. But lets us show you what the illusion is. 

   

 A few years ago, a little child is playing in the calm Cuxhaven Port in the North of Germany. Apparently, He is running back home to tell his mother with a panicked look on his face, "Mom, I see an island is falling from the sky!", He said. His mother could not help laughing at him and she looks outside the window. But, when she noticed that there is a "Big hand" is waving, the smile on her face has gone. That is an Illusion. In the evening, this phenomenon disappeared and the fear of that kid has also gone. 

      

AND WHAT IS ILLUSION?

 

    An Illusion is a special phenomenon. It appears when something has a strange light. For instance, the sun darts its beams to the desert and will heat up the sand, even the smallest ones. However, this zone does not only has gusts of hot air but also some gusts of cold air. Because the frequency of hot air is lower than the frequency of cold air, so the light can go through the hot air easier than the cold air. When the light goes to the border area which has different air density then the light direction will be changed, produces refraction, and creates Illusion. So the illusion is not paranoia, not a feeling but a scene of refraction in the air on sunny days.

An illusion is a special phenomenon

    

    The illusion is not necessarily the actual appearance of the object. It can zoom in, it can shrink, it can even transform its shape. This is like when we enter the game of "Mirror House", with all kinds of mirrors of all shapes and sizes. In that illusion, a floating iceberg will look like a dangerous ice mountain or the palm trees on it as small as grass leaves, but small huts become a magnificent palace.    

COMPLEX ILLUSION - THE OTHER KIND OF ILLUSION

    "Complex Illusion" was mostly aesthetic scenes. When Complex Illusion appears, seawater will warm, and the temperature of the air layer which in contact with the sea surface will rise. At higher points, there will be other warm atmospheres. Therefore, it formed two warm air currents and sandwiched between them by a stream of cold air. Thus, the cold air not only creates two illusions but also acts as a transparent mirror, It helps to enlarge the object.

    Complex Illusion can appear in many shapes. It can be a line, inverted image, even enlarged or scaled image. It also can change an object's appearance and these shapes coexist. Complex Illusion did not appear naturally, It will appear with a strange cloud and the air will become very hot and the sea breeze will not blow or blow very lightly at the same time.    

CONCLUSION

 

    To summarize, Illusion is a special phenomenon. Regardless of the type of Illusion, It will appear as long as it is breezy or windless. On the other hand, when the wind is strong, the upper and lower air layers will mix together. the light will no longer be fully reflected or refracted abnormally, Illusion will disappear.
